The project is primely located in Jeddah overlooking the Red Sea and Jeddah’s Grand Prix Formula 1 Circuit.
Situated in a booming tower neighborhood area on Jeddah’s Waterfront, made the area a luxurious one with many unique architectural interventions.
The sky villas are each a box with a closed envelope to ensure privacy, spanning on two floors with their own private balconies. These boxes are stacked one on top of the other just like sugar cubes, creating small cantilevers and spaces for gardens. This movement gave the tower a dynamic aesthetic and made it stand out on the corniche of Jeddah.

The Corniche in Jeddah is an enchanting destination, stretching 11-km along the east coast of the Red Sea. It is considered as the main sea tourism area and one of the favorite destinations for families and visitors to Jeddah, which is known as the “Bride of the Red Sea”.
The considered plot, (4600sqm), is situated perpendicular to the main central axis adjacent to the Saudi Grand Prix Formula 1 Jeddah circuit.
This visibility is exploited by the architecture, to make the project stand out and ensure the success of the commercial endeavors taking place inside of it.
